Drink more water! Have you ever gotten dizzy from lack of water? [View all]

I have. Two times now, once was in the Summer on a strenuous hike up a steep cliff, and I ran out of water, started feeling nauseous and dizzy and weak, had to sit down, and then started throwing up. Luckily, a helpful stranger happened by and gave me some of his water, which was enough to allow me to make it back down the cliff. ( I like to think of him as a Guardian Angel, lol) And then more recently, I was feeling dizzy a couple months ago, and I just knew it was because of thirst. I drank some water, and *BAM*, I felt so much better. As Summer and warm weather draws closer, I am going to make sure to drink more water. Not pop or coca-cola, but just water. Its good for you.
