65. Until I saw this story I wondered the same thing.

Two people moving around in a crowd after an explosion proves nothing except that they were there. We still don't know what was in the backpacks.

He looked Jeff Bauman in the eye and set the backpack at his feet, blowing both his legs off... that's a face he'll never forget.
