And I think it is significant that most bombings fail yet this one worked twice so I am skeptical it was only from the Internet.
Lastly, I wonder how much Dzhokhar knew about what Tamerlan learned or did on his trip.
This is just a gut feeling but I wonder if Tamarlan went to Dagestan or Chechnya and learned tactics in order to fight there or if he implied as such in order to get the training. I don't think the Dagestanis or Chechens would deliberately want the US and Russia to be working together against them.
Politically this seems very stupid on Tamerlan's part.
