If there aren't any more big gun tragedies in the next 3 years, it will not be an issue for her.

What are the odds of that?

And what are the odds that Bloomberg's organization (and others) will gain traction in the next 3 years? Normally it is foolish to bet against the public's short attention span, but I think this issue may have legs. A lot of that depends on which part controls the two houses come 2015. If the GOP controls both houses, then this issue will be buried deep at sea.
