also. Plus the funding for homeless shelters re: job training and a place to stay with meals sounds like its moving in a good directions. Los Angeles surely needs it.

I'm pretty sure Pres O and his Admin. will work around the party of hell no and somehow restore head start, meals on wheels and cancer treatment/prescription for cancer patients all the while the corporate media and GOP will bash and trash with misinformation.

Its like budgeting with less money but barely keeping up with bills. Soon or later, tax revenues will come about from the 1-2%, loopholes closed, corporations paying their fair corporate taxes, and another one - stopping subsidies will work wonders for the economy and the creation of good paying jobs.
