6. Stop and Frisk is color biased...

Gun ownership seems to be ...pasty..therefore non threatening.

So, the fun answer is make gun ownership color biased.
Urge every non-christian, non-caucasian, non-male to shop for a gun and at least go as far as forcing a background check.
Urge them to mob gun shows.
Go to NRA meetings and functions, explain the predictions of a race war you keep hearing about are making you nervous and you want to be ready; explain your trying to protect your culture and American dream.
whenever you go wear a pro-union, pro-science, "Die Religion ... ist das Opium des Volkes" K Marx, Chi Guevara, or Mao Tze Tung quote t-shirt.
