He worked the farm with his Dad, and now he is working it with his son. They are still a small independent farm. It's just the two of them.
Our grandfather was a farmer too and my Mom said they always had a lot of injuries in the family. She was riding on the hay wagon when one of my Uncle's took the corner too fast and it tipped and she got buried underneath the hay.
She said she was terrified and trying to claw her way out while my Uncle was screaming her name and digging for her.
She was always worried about my cousin and his son too, because she knew from experience how dangerous it was. I am just glad he is going to be okay.
