From the link above, Rep. Louise Slaughter (NY) tells Martin Bashir that the House has spent, just on floor/ debate time 53 million dollars. This doesn't include yesterday's 38th vote, either.

This is the scandal! And I call it criminal. I've often wondered how much is lost by the games they play. Well, here we are - and on what should be a non-issue.
