SOMEONE in Zephyrhills, FL won a half billion dollars [View all]

It's hard to believe that a half a billion dollars would go randomly to just-some-winner.
Believing a lottery system is 100% honest, is not an easy thing for me to accept.
I hope I'm wrong.
