This whole thing was a Rovian set-up job right from the beginning.

In fact, the people working in the IRS that did this can probably be 'linked' to Issa and/or Rove.

The goal here was to make sure that these groups get their tax-exempt status in the first go-round, and then to also stack the deck to make sure that the IRS are afraid to ever hamper their efforts to set up these groups in the future. And also to try to smear the President if they possibly can.

By speaking out about it earlier, well ... then the plan doesn't play out like it was meant to.

It's also no coincidence that the AP story and the Fox News reporter story both came out at the time this story broke. This is Rove's 'all-in' gambit to try to take Obama down. I believe everything we're seeing has all been carefully planned and coordinated, to take place at the same time as their 'blockbuster' Benghazi hearings.
