It means
political theater over purposeful function
ideology over practicality
demagoguery over public service
petty vendettas over cooperation and compromise
pretense over substance
rhetoric over action
grandiosity over humility
self over other
control over leadership
special interest over public interest
It is all self-serving and, ironically, self-sabotaging
to our government -- and, ironically, they are the cause
of the "bad", incompetent government they complain
about so biliously.

Coburn said he is retiring in 2016. That ad needs to be tailored more generically against all GOP.
