every once in a while. I think your question is a call for me to question my Senators & our President again. I doubt I'll get any response from the WH, but there's a box on my Sen's sites where you can request a response. I'll let you all know what they have to say. Since I'm in Ga. I'm really curious, because I can't view this as a left or right issue, but somehow the righties always seem to find a way to do that.
