5. The cops in this country are out of control

No matter what had transpired before (unless this guy had a gun in his hand) which he didn't.

There is absolutely no reason to keep beating him when a officer is lying on top of him and several other officers
have surrounded him.

none what so ever , so it might take a little longer to cuff him ..so what
at this point the man is no danger from that video.
