30. I can't find any credible support for this

A Google search of <Putin Monsanto> only provides pages of conspiracy sites.
A Google search of <Putin Kerry> didn't return anything really credible--at least on this topic

Finally, a Google search of <putin kerry may 2013 minutes> returned nothing supportive, but I did find a link that described Putin as always late and stated "Last week Putin kept John Kerry, the US secretary of state, waiting for an astonishing three hours, while he berated his cabinet."
