14. I have a syncope condition...

So...yeah. It's hemophobia-related (fear of blood) so every time I cut myself shaving or chopping broccoli...I might pass out. Over and over and over.

It's a pain in the ass. Cut myself slightly. Pass out. Injure myself seriously passing out. Wake up. See how much I'm bleeding. Pass out again. Wake up in a small puddle of blood. Pass out. Ad nauseam. Literally...this cycle will repeat in 2-sec. intervals until I vomit instead of passing out or manage to get my head under cold running water long enough to be able to keep my consciousness long enough to stanch the bleeding.

I once managed to fall wrist-first into a piece of sheet metal and pass out six times leaving a smear of blood across my mother's new carpet as I crawled to the phone to call 9-1-1 because I nicked a vein.

I'm also obviously at increased risk of bleeding to death.
