39. i went to the doc today. saw the

nurse practitioner. didn't tell her what happened, but i did have several blood tests run. i've been having night sweats -- followed by chills.

i haven't been eating the way i should since my husband passed last year and i spend so much time crying. i don't drink enough either. i'm forcing myself to drink water right now.

i was afraid to tell what happened. one of my worst fears is being in a hospital. i'm all alone. no one to take care of my cat. no family here -- only 2 friends here -- howie and my friend louise who has agoraphobia.
