8. Outside of the short length of their sentences - what conditions do you want them to have in jail?

Folks talk about how barbaric our jails are compared to Europe - Anders Behring Breivik's jail ( http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-20270325 )is quite plush and he is a mass murderer . We discuss how more humane jails would help prevent future crimes, etc.

What conditions do you want them in, how do you want them to suffer there (no tv, bad food, being called names, etc)?
