18. It is sarcasm. The whole world wants US green card to come here...

and live. Many want to pursue the American dream (not so attractive any more as the US wealth relative to world has eroded substantially), and others like terrorists want green card for a different purpose.

Many years ago, before 1997 (the year Hong Kong was returned to China after the lease expired), HKers would kill for a chance to immigrate to the US. Many migrated to Canada.

Now, fewer would want it as the standard of living in HK is quite high. But if the US open its door, many would beat a path to come.

So.. my post was with sarcasm.
