5. Good. This damn policy has been horrible. The reasonable suspicion hit rate for these idiot cops....

was a joke.

They can only stop the black person if they think they have committed a crime, are committing a crime or are going to commit a crime.

But over 88% of the time they made no arrest. Sounds like the idiot NYPD cannot judge reasonable suspicion very well.

Face it, they was a way to just keep black youth in NYC on the edge and a way to harass them.

It needs to end and a class action lawsuit needs to pay these illegally stopped people money. A lot of it.
