What bothers me is guns out and about engaged in shootouts in front of my house, as happened within the last month. Thankfully, they missed their target, but they did do a great deal of damage to my car and that of three of my neighbors. Luckily, none of the bullets went through anyone's bedroom window.

Of course, obtaining the permit is not difficult at all. You basically fill out some paperwork.
