People can make up their own minds, post without posting a link to something, discuss things rationally and can read the terms of service to understand what's expected on DU.

My observation of the poster mentioned in your OP is not favorable at all, regardless of how long they've posted here and regardless of your allegiance to them. None of what you posted changes the content of what that poster posts.
