They are still discussing the appeal of the third point of order.

Senator Zaffirini (D) also became involved making points of order.

More points of order, Duncan has returned the floor to Watson. Estes is still working to table Watson's motion to appeal the third point of order. Let's hope that he can stay talking for another 30 minutes or so. If he does hold the floor, then votes would have to be taken on the motion to table by Estes, Watson's motion to appeal, closing the debate and then voting on the actual Senate bill.

It looks like the Democrats will be able to run out the clock with 40 minutes relating.

Meanwhile on the live blog, it mentions that the Texas DPS has locked the doors to the gallery. Anyone that leaves the gallery not be readmitted. I think that Watson can hold the floor for that time.
