3. the right to actual choice: "none of the above"

If we had the ability to register our true distaste for the limited choices offered by "the powers that be" we would have politicians that reflect reasonable approaches and disdain for the extremists. All it would take would be the inclusion of a "none of the above" choice on every partisan ballot.
