I fear a nut with a semi automatic rifle in a public setting far more than I fear anything al Qaeda could ever dream of. That to me is true terror when you can't trust the person sitting next to you in a public place. And of course our government thinks protecting the second amendment is far more important than the rest of them, especially that pesky fourth one.
