So sorry you had to hear that. If they start again, is there any way to play something loud outside the window? Say, the Dixie Chicks or President Obama talking? That'd send them back under their rocks.

Avoid both of them, but if it ever sounds as if the downstairs asshole hits his wife, call the police.
