I am just asking. People don't seem to look at some of these scenarios as is it at all possible. Could Martin have smashed his head against the concrete, tried to reach for the gun and then get shot. If that is possible and there is not witness to dispute it then you can't assume it didn't happen. I can't assume that it did either. Thus the reason that someone will find reasonable doubt.
