General Discussion
In reply to the discussion: Hey... Lurkers, Ex- DUers, And Anybody Else... [View all]No Vested Interest
(5,297 posts)37. Before the 2008 election I participated in a Dem. blog/discussion site that
fell apart over the Obama/Hillary primaries.
It didn't fall apart immediately, but slowly and very painfully over a long period of time.
I wasn't a part of the goings-on, but found the antagonisms a distraction and silly.
Eventually there were no new postings for over a week, and then a month.
Right now, I can't even remember the name of the site.
I'm fairly new, compared to the multi-year members, but I'll stay for the info and discussions as long as there's enough new material to keep it interesting.
Hope that's a long, long time.
I must confess that I like the ignore function for some of the more egregious offenders, though.
