Vindictive, petty, needs teleprompter 'cause he stupid. This is straight Birth of a Nation dogwhistle stuff that the Repubs tried to use against Obama in the beginning but then moved on when it didn't stick. Unfortunately Wikileaks and Greenwald haven't evolved their attacks.

The more they use hat language the less credible they become - there are a lot of negative descriptors one can come up with for Obama (I think the more effective one would be 'detached' and 'unaware', 'cold' to the work the NSA has been doing for instance). But petty and vindictive? Clinton yes, Obama? No way.
