9. Future tax revenue can be generated by making it the site of future industries.

If we invested in our own country, like all other industrialized countries do, we can establish it as the site of the home of our countries electric car companies, solar panel companies, high speed rail manufacturing and infuse money to get them going. China did this in their country. Do we love our country less than the Chinese love their country?
