America *is* utterly controlled by zionists - I defy you to point me to one anti-zionist in a position of power or influence (this is the major reason Palestine is still occupied). The president is a zionist; the cabinet are exclusively zionists, the senate and the congress are virtually exclusively zionists. The appointment of moderate zionists like Grassley and Power is hailed as a scandal because they're not pro-Israel enough; no genuine anti-zionist would ever get anywhere senior. I'm sure it's nearly as bad on Wall St; Hollywood may be slightly better but probably not much.

"Zionists" is often used as a codeword for "Jews". America is clearly not controlled by Jews, and nor are Hollywood or Wall St.

Whether or not Thomas was using it as a codeword, I don't know.
