(55,582 posts)the topic of Trayvon Martin and him being stalked, confronted, shot and killed and his killer walks away scot-free and the frenzy to defend his killer has brought out a side of some posters I never knew existed before. It has been a big eye-opener for me.
When the inevitable posts came out against the President's comments, that just tells me he hit another home-run and the frothing at the mouth right wing commentators and those who quote them make what the President talked about even more credible and important.
I am not always calm, believe me. I find myself leaving my computer more often, going outside for some fresh air, taking some deep breaths before coming back and posting in thread that upsets me or responding to a post that does the same.
