The Urban Dictionary (awaiting review of submission):

Word: Cuccinelli

Noun: 1. Fear of oral sex. 2. Fear that somewhere someone is deriving pleasure from 'unnatural' sex acts. 3. Any law prohibiting a person from carnally knowing in any manner any male or female person by the anus or by or with the mouth.

Verb: 1. To fear deriving pleasure from 'unnatural' sex acts. 2. To advocate for legal restrictions regarding consensual sexual activity.

Background: Virginia Gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuccinelli II (R) has started a campaign to restore the legal ban on oral sex.

Usages
Noun: The Cuccinelli statute reads, “If any person carnally knows in any manner any male or female person by the anus or by or with the mouth, or voluntarily submits to such carnal knowledge, he or she shall be guilty of a felony.”

Verb: The moral police officer testified, "I saw both defendants cuccinelling like a pair of wild bonobos."

Noun and verb: If the cuccinelli statute passes, only criminals will cuccinelli.
