Fail to see the long range precedent.

What if someday some random senator had an open marriage with his wife? Open in the sense that, just between them, there was an understanding that this kind of behavior was permissible? It was something personal they wanted to keep just between themselves and whatever third party that was recruited to engage in the behavior?

Now do you see the silliness in making someone's personal life a political issue? Huma has said she forgives him. That should be enough. Unless we the public want to play the role of his wife in his private life?
