It's been a long hard recovery.

We have a growing economy.

The worst is over.

We have people left behind.

We need to take care of that.

I am serious this time.

Really, I am very serious this time.

But Congress does not like me.

I cannot do it by myself.

I have plans.

I have had plans all along.

Congress does not like me.

Why won't they like me?

I try.

I will try again.

I have plans.

This time I am serious.

If they would only be nice to my plans.

I will have more plans too.
