I was 99% sure Keystone deal would go through because the firm Hillary selected to write the report was a pro-Keystone firm headed by one of her campaign people and she was set to approve the deal even BEFORE the dog and pony show call for an 'independent' analysis. That State Dept. report had a rigged outcome from the get go.
