What if the Republican does all kinds of things using the executive privilege?

This is not the idea of constitutional government and the balance of powers.

Prosecuting voting rights under constitutional protections -- maybe, but this has to be done very carefully.

It's us to us, active Democrats, to put more Democrats into the House. Door to door, supermarket to supermarket, sidewalk to sidewalk, computer to computer.

Obama should focus on getting the NSA and the banks under control, and we should be out there working to get Democrats elected.

Kind of hard to persuade people to vote when they see what a bank like Bank of America is doing to them.

They are charging people fees to keep their money in small savings accounts. Obama should be doing more about bank regulation and encouraging people to save rather than gathering metadata via the NSA.
