1. All persons within the jurisdiction of the United States who state, in public or in private, verbally or through printed, written, or electronic media, that a person who is a natural-born citizen is not qualified to hold public office for any of the following reasons:
a. one or more parents were not natural born citizens of the United States
b. one or more parents were not naturalized citizens of the United States
shall be corrected by all of the following measures:
c. the words "jus soli" branded on their foreheads, backwards, with a hot branding iron, so that when viewed in the common mirror the wording appears correct to the brandee
d. the generally-accepted dictionary definition of "jus soli" is branded on their lower torso, backwards, with a hot branding iron, so that when viewed in the common mirror the wording appears correct to the brandee
e. all forms of government identification issued by the federal government, all state governments, and all administrative subdivisions therein, will mark the brandee's identifying documents with "BIRTHER" in prominent letters.
f. all persons wishing to marry a brandee shall be required to read and sign a duly notarized document stating that they are aware that the person they are marrying is has been marked and corrected for erroneous understanding of the Constitution as amended.
g. No federal or state legislature or executive, or the legislature or executive of any administrative subdivision of a state, shall make any law preventing the throwing of fruits or vegetables at any person branded in violation of this Amendment, nor of throwing fruits or vegetables at any spouse of any person branded in violation of this Amendment, provided the individual throw items do not exceed 10 kilograms in mass.
h. No federal or state law-enforcement officer, or any law-enforcement officer of any administrative subdivision of a state, shall arrest, detain, harass, or threaten any person performing any actions permitted by section 1.g of this Amendment.
