and i do not know if anons story is accurate or not but the article i posted PROVES vote results do get flipped....which is what anon said they protected against,,,so wether anon did it or not someone sure better do it

i will also give current admins team some credit because they knew exactly which areas had reported and which were out and how many votes were in those areas(they kind of pre counted the vote)

in '04 it was a mirror site that handled the flip,a site set up by mike oconnell,roves last tech guy,,,ask oconnell's widow about that
