The only thing BO had to do with the OBL deal was to sort of give it the go-ahead. He didn't plan it and he didn't carry it out.

And he OK'd Kill on Sight in order to keep OBL out of a courtroom.

The details of the raid that were initially released were nothing but propaganda.
