2. I've never had a cop put a gun to my neck while he emptied my pockets.

Never had a cop threaten me with broken glass if I didn't hand over my shopping bag as I left a store.

Cops have come to my defense, however, after me just calling them and asking they come help me. They did that, of course, like they do everyday, not knowing what they were going to walk into, their lives on the line.

No organization is without bad apples, but I appreciate cops, I'm glad they're out there, doing the thankless job they do.
