Maybe the Free Syrian Army (FSA) can be called upon to do some peacekeeping in Iraq. They're really good at that sort of thing.

In all seriousness, however, Americans have about had it with "humanitarian interventions" in the Mideast/Gulf, particularly in civil wars we worked so hard to start.
