They stole it from the unguarded Al Qa'qaa facility sometime after the US invasion while we were busy bestowing Freedom! and Capitalism! and Democracy! on the Iraqi people.

They have it all, and the killing won't stop until they have used it all. Many, many years and deaths from now.
