(17,862 posts)33. Yes, I think I did read something like that. I know people catch them
sometimes when they go fishing and sometimes they wind up in the boat with them. People have to be very careful about getting them out of there. Some people kill them first, but I don't think they're very easy to kill. I've been told that if you get one in your boat, you're supposed to drag your feet when you're around them. They probably have poor eyesight and strike if they see movement.
