for just doing what the Constitution lays out as the responsibility of his Office? I would think that before the House could accuse him (formally) of forcing a Constitutional Crisis, wouldn't the Supreme Court have to AGREE that that's what had happened?
Like if the SC says, "yeah, this was a thing you shouldnt have really gone and done...", THEN the House can bring formal charges, but UNTIL the SC says he screwed up, it's no dice, and go fuck yourselves? I mean yeah, if he had gotten head from an intern or murdered someone in the Oval Office, then SURE, because BOTH of those things are CLEARLY illegal (yeah, I know what I did there, thanks=)), but wouldn't the "illegality" of the action that you're suggesting first have to be determined to actually BE ILLEGAL by the Court?

Not that I have a problem with them doing any of this, because I agree with your assessment of what what would happen in the next election...

Someone more educated please enlighten me...
