11. Only Boehner can decide about the debt ceiling.

Since there are enough votes in the house to stop the shutdown right now, ther certainly will be enough to raise the debt ceiling.

So it will boil down to Boehner allowing a vote or not.

If he didn't allow a vote and the world economy collapses I would think he wouldn't be alive much longer. With every billionaire on earth losing buckets of money because of one guy I'm sure we would hear of some mysterious cause of death before too long.
