8. I have three kids and consider the fact that I use birth control

to prevent further children to be good parenting. When I had my first kid and we were living hand to mouth and I didn't want to bring any other kids into that situation I considered I was being a good parent. We chose to have our second child after we were in a stable place and felt we could give her a good life. Our third child was not planned, but we love her anyway and have taken steps to prevent further unplanned children. A good parent does what's best for their family.... and controlling how many kids you have and when at least for me is a good way to ensure my kids have a good life and have food and a roof over their head and opportunities when they get older.
