14. I think keeping guns out of the hands of

someone with a mental illness is the easiest way to reduce gun violence (see Loughner). Other than that, I think we should do our best to keep guns away from gangs. I'm not sure of the best way to do that, but we need to understand that people will end up with guns even if we don't think they should have them. Most people are responsible with guns and other weapons but it seems like those who do not use them respectably cast a pall over the rest of us.
