Yes, all plans on the Exchange will cover that 100%. Not all of them will allow a copay to be paid for seeing your primary care physician for a problem and getting medication. But some do, and if that's all you end up needing all year, you might not touch your deductible. That's what I was trying to express to the poster, that it might not hurt for them to see if they could find a plan like that.
There is a difference, and that's the difference I was referring to. I thought it was pretty clear in my post. I really don't know why everyone is determined to pick apart everything someone says to try to help someone else on here.
