(22,336 posts)completely different services. So they're comparing a plan that is only helpful if there's a catastrophe to an actual health plan that will cover problems that come up. Or that they're actually pretty wealthy and people don't want to hear someone with $90k complaining about having to pay for health care when there are people who have gone without healthcare for ages and are finally able to get it thanks to the ACA. Or men who have always been undercharged because they're men shocked and surprised that they're having to pay more since men and women are charged the same now. Yes, they're not getting the benefit of paying a smaller amount for health care because they're men, but women have NEVER had that benefit and the women they're complaining to have been paying more for years or decades.
