9. Since he's a Republican it will be decided that he's a natural citizen by virtue of his mother.

Of course, he was actually born on foreign soil but, with no trace of irony or hypocrisy the GOP will decide he's a US citizen. Unless they get even more pissed at him by then. In which case his own party may take him down to keep him out of the primaries and keep him from tanking the party more.
